A small Bed and Breakfast with panoramic views in a quiet rural area in the Moselle region. A perfect retreat for nature lovers. The Iderwald forest with its 300 kms of walking routes lies only 5 minutes walking distance from the house. A few examples of the walking routes available are the Traumschleife “Hahnenbachtaltour” wich was declared the most beautiful walking route of 2012, and the Traumschleife “Stumm-Orgel-Weg”. For cyclists there is amongst others the Nahe-Hunsrück-Mosel cycle route.
The Eco House, a former grain barn, has been converted by the owner who, as a professional artist, has used her skill and imagination to combine colour and design in and around the house.
Various workshops are offered;
- drawing: Indian ink/pencil/charcoal.
- painting: Watercolour/acrylic/oil/gouache.
- mosaics: Objects like a dish or jug
You can book the workshop for a day, full day or several days.
Prices: Half day, including coffee or tea € 35
Full day including coffee, tea and a lunch € 65
